Most Irritating Street Music in Cuenca

Not only are these guys playing boring Peruvian flute music (pseudo-Peruvian flute music?).

But equally irritating is the fact that they are dressed up like American plains Indians.

Or am I mistaken about the fact that eagle-feathered headdresses, leather leggings, etc., were not a common style for the indigenous people of Peru?
