Tastes Like Chicken

We'll not really.

Unless you take a really skinny chicken and just eat the dark meat and undercook it so it's really tough and stringy.

This is really more akin to rabbit.

The skin is very crisp, almost like a cracker.
The traditional accompaniment is plain boiled potatoes (we got four) and a spicy peanut sauce which was quite good.

Oh, and you must eat all this with your hands. Our server would not provide us with any utensils. Here is a picture just to prove that Daniel and I ate all of our cuy.

It wasn't bad, but I'm not sure I would look forward to having it again.
