Here's a Mother's Day message from Daniel to his mom (and my wife) Ann Scheppke and from me to to my mom Dorothy Scheppke, both of whom are faithful readers of this blog.
We're sorry we're so far away on your special day. But we are thinking about you and we send you both our love and best wishes.
Dia Mama is a holiday down here too, but perhaps not as big a holiday as in the States. We are going to be taking a special tourist steam train to Zipaquira on Mother's Day and I am guessing we are going to see a lot of mom's and families on the train.
