Smoked Pork Chop with Pineapple Sauce

Okay it has been awhile since I have blogged about my dinner, so here goes.

This was an exceptionally good dish I got in Cuenca last night.

I would never order any entree with pineapple in the states for fear of getting a ring of the canned stuff on top of whatever. But here I was pretty sure that would not happen and I was right.

The smoked pork chop covered in tart, fresh pineapple puree was delicious as was the fresh salad on the side.
