Pizza from a Wood Fired Oven

Last night Daniel and I tried the special Rodelu pizza in the restaurant in our hotel.

If you look closely at this picture you can see it cooking right under the 'L' in Rodelu.
It was a fine pizza. The curious thing was they didn't offer Parmesan cheese and dried pepper on your table.

They offer chimichurri sauce and aji (pepper) sauce. They were both really good, and good on the pizza in combination.
