Today was a Saturday and Bogotanos were out in force enjoying the day.
Feeding the pigeons is a popular thing to do on the Plaza Bolivar.

This one was wearing tennis shoes for some reason.
Before we came here some fellow traveler told us, "They have good clowns in Bogota."
Today we saw some of those good clowns.
