We got a decent breakfast waiting for our bus to the Columbia border town of Tulcan.
This is a breakfast like you might get on the coast of Ecuador -- a tomato and onion omelet and some fried plantains all served up with the ubiquitous Ecuadorian salsa made of tomates de arbol (tree tomatoes) and hot peppers.
