Plaza Bolivar is the central plaza of Bogota with the Cathedral on one side, the Palace of Justice on another, the National Capitol on another, and the city hall on another.
Being the center of government it has been the scene of many violent disturbances in Colombia's turbulent history.
It has a real graffiti problem
Today they were removing the graffiti from the Palace of Justice.
Nihilism is no more.
