The little kids growing up in the Santo Domingo Savio comuna in Medellin not only have the Biblioteca Espana, they have this great park with a playground and these.
They are like the typical Colombian buses called chivas ("goats") but for preschoolers. The kids pile in and an adult or a teenager pushes them around the square.
If I had one of these I would take it down to Riverfront Park in Salem and give free rides on the weekends. It would be good exercise.
Oh, and there are also pony rides around the neigborhood.
