We spent a very pleasant hour swimming in the hot springs pool at Chachimbiro.
If we didn't have to catch the last bus back to Ibarra we could have taken advantage of the spa: really hot baths, sauna, even a mud bath.
That was not possible on our tight schedule.
There were only a couple other families there.
I liked sitting under the hot spring water that was feeding the pool and Daniel slid down the dragon slide a few times.
We felt very invigorated when it was time to get back on the bus.
